City of Love - Advert Terms and Conditions

1. The information in your advert must not: (a) infringe any third party's rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, publicity or privacy; (b) be defamatory, trade libelous, threatening or harassing; (c) be obscene, indecent or contain content objectionable per the reasonable standards in your community; (d) nor violate the law of community standards in the jurisdiction from which you are posting the material.
2. The advert is not transferable.
3. If the company or person placing the advert ceases trading, the page will be deleted.
4. The company or person placing the advert is solely responsible for the content that is being published or displayed
5. If any form of complaint is received, or any illegal activity is reported, we will remove the advert immediately, without refund.
6. Subscription prices may be subject to change without notice.
7. The advert contract is on a subscription basis that can be canceled with one month notice.
8. Credit Card Subscription payments may be cancelled by contacting us or making a cancellation in the login area.
9. City of Love respects your privacy and will never share your personal details with others or 3rd parties.
